Benefits of Post Matric Scholarship for OBC students Gujarat

The scholarship authority has divided the scholarship into two categories: hostel students and day scholars. They provide different amounts of financial help for each category. Students who apply as day scholars receive a scholarship of 120 rupees per month from the government. Students who apply for hostel accommodation receive a scholarship of 300 rupees per month.

Eligibility Criteria for Post Matric Scholarship for OBC students in Gujarat

• First, the student must be a resident of Gujarat. ( Residency Certificate required )
• To apply for this scholarship, it is very important that the student belongs to the OBC category. Students who are not from the OBC category will not get the benefit of this scholarship.
• The student must have completed 10th grade. This scholarship is for students who have passed 10th grade. Only those students who are studying in 11th Students can apply for this scholarship.
• The annual income of the applicant’s father should not be more than 1,00,000, including all sources of income. If the income is more than this amount, the student will not be eligible for this scholarship.

• If you already have a user ID and password, then log in. Otherwise, click on the new registration button to register anew.
• Now, if the candidates have received a new user ID and password, they should log in to the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Portal with the help of it.
• Choose the scholarship you want to apply for and start filling out the application.
